Overwatch Writer - North America (Full-Time)

Supervising Esports Editor [EU] (Full Time/On-Site)

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to join our team. We’re looking for fulltime members, to help us cover the biggest events, all over the world. Responsibilities

  • Act as satellite editor during events in effect functioning as the editor-in-charge of event content preparation and publishing (e.g. formatting interviews or reports as they come in, pushing them out on our systems and posting them on SMM).
  • Cover and report news coming out during the weekends as well as day-to-day news. At the moment we’re covering CS:GO, Dota 2 and LoL, so a satisfactory knowledge of each game is required.
  • Ensures event coverage hubs are up to standard, in terms of database and editorial content
  • Make sure that planned weekend pieces are published and afterwards promoted on SMM, this task is specifically done in collaboration with our SMM manager.
  • Organize editing and publishing responsibility with other news writers to ensure smooth transition of work between regions
  • Ensure content quality and content quota on weekly/monthly basis is fulfilled
  • Track and ensure content workflow for main articles across multiple departments (social media-marketing, graphics, etc.)
  • Relocate to Berlin, Germany. You will receive help to find proper accommodations and our team will introduce you to every single relevant aspect of life in Berlin

You have the following qualifications

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in editorial process and writing
  • Comfortable writing general news-related esports content
  • Experience managing staff members and pushing necessary deadlines and responsibilities
  • Familiar with League of Legends, Dota 2, and Counter-Strike scenes

Office Manager

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Office manager responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
